Our pattern shop uses the latest versions of Solid works™ and Master Cam™ to aid with the design and manufacture of pattern equipment.
This software enables us to produce pattern equipment directly from models supplied by customers using CAD.
We are experienced in hard facing – the deposition of thick coatings of hard, wear-resistant materials/alloys on a worn or new component surface that wear during processes/services.
IPT uses welding, thermal spraying, and spray-fusing processes to apply the hard-facing layer.
With the benefits of hard facing ranging from restoring used critical parts to protecting new components for better performance and reduced downtime, this is a vital capability required by industry.
